bending tubes

Our company FAGO (www.fago-technik.de) is bending tubes in 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional space.

• Our specialty is to bend thick-walled tubes, for example 5 mm and thicker, and big tubes with diameter between 90 and 160 mm, and we are specialized for series production.
• We deliver actually "thousands" of these tubes to top notch customers for many years.

Bending in 3-dimensional space, with several bending planes, is possible on our CNC-bending machine.



In most applications tubes should be laser-cut after bending, giving a higher precision. This is possible with our 3D-laser-cutting machines.

Our 3-dimensional laser-cutting-machine with 600 mm in the z-axis is superior to a common laser-cutting-machine when it comes to complex constructions. Laser-cutting after bending is self-evidently more precise than laser-cutting before bending.

   

After the laser-cutting process, the tubes are welded in robot-cells and may be electrophoretic primed and then powder painted.

   

Before powder painting the precision areas and bores can be masked.
