We manufacture bucket-wheels for open-mine coal-recovery-machines and coal power-plants:

• these wheels have a diameter from 3500 to 4000 mm
• steel in special specification and format is rolled and annealed for these orders
• the wheels are turned to tolerance H6/h6 both on the inside and outside
• and have NC-milled pockets for the shovels
• the wheels are used in pairs

These bucket-wheels underlie a high thermal and mechanical wear:

• and are polished by us to perfection to reduce any possibility for future cracks
• and are ultrasonically tested to 100% before shipment
