We regularly supply complete precision machines to our customers, including complete buy-off procedures if required.

For precision assembly we work in a separate assembly hall with dedicated mechanics:



In precision assembly we take care of:

• assembly and adjustment of rotating and linear bearings
• assembly and adjustment of ballscrew-drives
• assembly and adjustment of hydraulic systems
• assembly and adjustment of pneumatics and sensors
• assembly and adjustment of motors, belts and drives
• assembly of special components
• electrical wiring of the machine with the cabinets
• electrical startup and testing
• buy-off procedure and quality protocol, defined by the customer
• possible straight delivery to final customer

We build both small and large machines and also plants:
