We are the permanent partner of several top-manufacturers of large
diecasting dies (for engine blocks & transmission housings for cars and
trucks).
- we supply all the large parts and all the small, hardened parts of the dies
- we supply complete bills of material with more than 300 positions; from die-frame to core pins
- our customers concentrate on the 3D contour inserts
- gun drilling and intermediate annealing of large parts can be done in-house; over night or on weekends
- we also focus on slide-support-castings and slide-bodies
- we maintain a large stock of special components (core pins, etc.) for the die industry and can deliver immediately
- we also manufacture smaller inserts with 3D-contour, especially contour-pins
- since 1997 we have delivered for more than 400 large dies and acquired experience both for standards and for specialties
- our top-notch and permanent customers are the "VW-Group" and the "Honsel-Group" (supplying Mercedes, PSA, Volvo, ZF and others) and their die-suppliers, especially market leader Schneider-Form
- of course we also manufacture components for gravity castings, for core-machines, for injection molding dies and many other applications
