High Speed Spindles

We manufacture high speed spindles, especially for grinding- & precision-machines:

these spindles are turning at high revolutions and have to run absolutely smoothely

very close bearing tolerances and a perfect centricity require tolerances on the order of mikrons

tolerances of h5, h4 und h3 are not unusual for these demanding parts

These spindles combine extreme requirements:

starting with high-grade tool-steel

gun-drilled for cooling water and bearing oil

bearing seats induction hardened

ground to closest tolerances

some surfaces with super-finish

including individual quality reports

even large spindles up to 300 kg and 500 mm diameter can be ground

ready for final assembly
