We manufacture precision castings:

precision parts for machine-manufacture, e.g. in packaging machines

precision parts for the automotive industry, e.g. casting-ports for molds

precision castings offer these advantages:

castings with very tight tolerances

perfect and pressure tight surfaces

only few machining areas remaining

low overall cost

typical orders:

are small series from 100 parts onwards

with casting weights from 0,1 to 3 kg

out of high-strength steel or even out of high-quality tool-steel

casting precision is of the order of 0,1 mm, so that only few surfaces need to be machined

the final cast surfaces are of high optical quality

for precision castings a good prototype phase is important, so that patterns are perfect

for finaly machining only tolerances of the order of 0,01 mm have to be machined
