Bearing bronce and bushes

We manufacture castings out of bearing bronce and other copper-alloys:

• especially for bearing-bushes
• for special parts like works of art

Usually the lot-size is only "1" or "2" and delivery times are extremely short. But together with our strong pattern-shops and non-ferrous-foundries we can reach these targets.

For the casting of bearing-bushes there is a large selection of moulds available, in order to cast raw parts with dimensions that are close to the final drawing so that the machining amount is small and only little precious bronce is lost.

The following picture shows a mounted bush from cast bearing bronce in a connecting rod of a mechanical press, that is part of a set that we delivered to our customer SCHULER PRESSES. This is the central part of a mechanical press and:

requires the utmost precision and cleanliness

contains a system of greasing ports and covered grease lines

was ultrasonic tested before and after machining

was supplied as a complete component with integral responsability for the final product
