We manufacture all kinds of piston rods and shot sleeves for diecasting machines:

• total length up to 1,80 m
• with cooling bores over the complete length
• out of hotwork-steel 1.2343, stainless steel 42CrMoV or out of carbon steel C45
• completely hardened, e.g. to 42 or 48 HRC
• including all threads, ready for assembly
• sleeves with honed chamber
• sleeves completely nitrided, as shown in picture
