Aluminium-Castings
We manufacture aluminium castings in sand:
- For moving parts in machines, especially for packaging machinery and for light covers
- For moving parts in the automotive industry, e.g. for robot grippers

Usually we deliver single parts and small series up to 20 or 100 parts, with weights of 0,1 to 120 kg, and delivery times of 1-2
weeks for the castings. Usually the time-schedule is so tight, that there are only 2 weeks for the production of patterns (out of
polystyrene of out of wood) and for the actual castings. Together with several strong pattern-shops and non-ferrous-foundries we
are able to meet these 2 weeks ! Sometimes we even managed less than 1 week !
For the choice of the best aluminium alloy, we are completely flexible and we can deliver all standards: the most common standards
are in stock and only have to be melted and to be cast !
