We run a bath-immersion-painting line, with a subsequent drying furnace. The furnace has a length of 28 meters, and the
transport-system a length of 70 meters, giving us cycle times of only 30 minutes.
Our two major customers are Claas and AGCO-Fendt, two market-leaders in high-quality agricultural machines.
We use environmentally friendly water-based paint with high-quality caracteristics: the paint was tested at high temperatures, has passed the typical salt-spray-testing and other criteria, and is also resistant to high-additive-gearbox-oil (datasheet available). Our small laboratory checks the parameters daily and thus assures the quality of the paint as well as the defined final thickness.
Our standard colours are green (RAL 7009) and grey (RAL ), but every other colour is also possible. The paint is used both as a primer and as final coating. All usual paint-systems can be added to this primer.
Thus we propose to our customers another low-cost process-step: in addition to stamping and NC-machining and shot-peening, we can also deliver final parts already painted, at an unbeateable price.
