Stamping Shop

We run a total of 6 hydraulic and 2 mechanical presses of the brands Janke, Reis and Müller, with pressforces from 100-300 tonnes, which have extremely large table-openings for scrap-chutes and which are ideal trim and stamping presses.

• We run on a 3-shift basis and we press-trim heavy castings up to 22 kg for George Fischer
• A separate trim press is available in the die shop for tryout
• 3 presses are situated in Germany: we can offer our local customers short delivery times of 1-2 days for large and heavy parts
• 5 presses are situated in Czech; we can offer our customers even lower rates for standard parts
• On our mechanical presses up to 300 tonnes we produce stampings and bending parts, as well as special parts and processes

In summary, we run hydraulic & mechanical presses in East & West and we can offer to our customers in each case the optimum solution.
