"Low - Cost" Stamping Dies

We manufacture stamping, embossing and bending tools for small series:

• it is well-known that single parts can be lasered at low cost; and for large series of 50.000 parts and more, perfect composite tools can be designed, for 10.000 € and more
• however, for small series of e.g. 5.000 parts, both techniques are too expensive; in these cases we design and build "Low-Cost" - tools that are financially attractive
• for these small series we also manufacture the stampings and bending parts in-house, assemble final products and package them for delivery to final customers
• for our permanent customers we have supplied complete solutions several times: starting with prototypes and continuing with tool production, down to weekly truck-deliveries with the series parts.
