Patterns & Castings
Up To 14 Tons

We supply the complete process chain:

• patterns out of wood, out of polystyrene or out of plastic materials
• in order to have short lead times, we run our own pattern shop
• patterns for manual forming or for machine forming
• sand castings (up to 14 tons), gravity castings, die castings (up to 2000 tons locking force) and investment castings
• castings in grey iron (GG), ductile iron (GGG), steel castings (GS), aluminium castings, bronze castings, toolsteel castings
• shotpeening on turntables or on 2 railguided shotpeening centers
• single parts with manual cleaning or series with trim dies on special trim-presses
• single parts with spray-painting oder series with immersion painting and subsequent drying furnace

We deliver castings to nearly all of our customers. Our top-notch customers in this area are "Honsel", "George Fischer" and "Volkswagen".
Subsequently, we are able to machine the castings on demand.
